Our second stay with Jessica. We came back because we had no problems or issues with our first stay, and that was again true this time. Because the room is separate and has a separate entrance, visitors may not see the owners, which is fine. The bed is a full size, pretty tight for 2 people, but there is a pull out trundle bed available. The best part, however, is that Jessica's place is pet friendly! Kirsten

I loved my stay! Was traveling across country, had some car issues. Jessica was very helpful in suggesting a local mechanic. She also recommend a few trails for me to ride, which I appreciated! There were treats for my cat and a toy… So sweet! A very peaceful, clean, and cozy place for me and my cat to decompress in a bit of a stressful time! Highly recommend! Scott

Jessica and Nathanael were very friendly and responsive. Their guest suite was quiet, comfortable, well-appointed, and very nicely situated in the heart of Bella Vista, a few minutes' bike ride from the Little Sugar trails, a few minutes' drive from the Back 40 trails, and less than 15 minutes from Downtown Bentonville. Great location, close to trails and it’s peaceful and private. Jessica has thought of everything and had lots of great touches! Even stocked the fridge with some drinks and treats for the dogs! Super impressed. They were great people, accommodating and I would totally stay here again! They even let us borrow helmets when we forgot ours! :) Jessi

Jessica's place is absolutely ideal if you plan to hike (or bicycle) in the Bella Vista area, and she has everything you'll want or need already there for you. They have made the blueprint for how to turn your basement into a comfortable and private spot when enjoying the beauty of NWA. My only disappointment is that the rainy weather didn't permit me to use the beautiful backyard patio they have set aside for their guests. A+ on all counts! Jason
