## Terms of Service **Agreement Overview** Welcome to Little Sugar Hideaway, managed by Jessica Green ("Host"). By booking our property, you agree to comply with these terms, our rental agreement, and house rules. **Booking and Payment** Your reservation is confirmed upon full payment and acceptance of this agreement. Payment details, including the amount, due date, and applicable taxes, are provided in your confirmation. We accept payments via major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. **Cancellation Policy** Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Cancellations must be made in writing. Eligibility for refunds is based on the timeline and conditions stated in your confirmation. **Check-In/Check-Out** Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. **Occupancy & House Rules** The suite accommodates 2 guests maximum. Additional guests, events, or parties require prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside. Pets are welcome if disclosed at booking and approved. **Liability & Indemnity** Guests assume all risk for personal injury and property damage during their stay, except where due to Host's intentional misconduct. Host is not liable for guests' personal property or any injury or damage from activities at the property. **Miscellaneous** This agreement is governed by the laws of Arkansas. Disputes will be resolved in Benton County, Arkansas. For full details, consult the provided rental agreement. ---
